ImpACT Teams are teams of people who use their gifts and skills to help make Crosspoint happen each week. Some of these teams meet as part of Crosspoint’s Sunday service, others meet during the week. Our goal is for you to be a part of an ImpACT Team that empowers you to use your personal strengths, and equips you to live your faith in a practical way.

9:00 & 10:45 AM Environments. 

These Impact Teams are what makes Sunday happen.

Environment Leader. Someone to be the glue and grease to each environment (service).

Nursery. People who will show the love of God to the youngest CrossPointers.

Point WOW. Children’s Area.

Greeter. Someone to share the love of Christ through a smile.

Craft. Help illustrate the Bible story through a craft.

Game. Let your hair down and get the kids moving through games.

Snack. Kids gotta eat!

Teach. Nurturing children’s relationship with Jesus.

Worship. Leading the children in energetic worship of Jesus.

Front Door. The team that makes sure everyone is welcome.

Hospitality. To show kindness to those in critical seasons of life.

Greeters. To share God’s love with a smile and warm greeting to every guest and attendee.

Guest Service. To provide need information for guests and attendees that will enhance their connection to others at CrossPoint.

Parking Lot. To facilitate a smooth transition for guests and attenders from car to building.

Reset Team. Make sure our environment is ready for the second service.

Worship Flow. Make sure the worship service flows smoothly.

Ushers. Make sure everyone has a seat and collects offering.

Response Team. When God is moving in someone, they help process and pray for the person.

Teaching Team. Teach in a way that makes people leave having faith in God’s power.

Worship Team. Create a worshipful environment that’s a comfortable place for both believers and the lost.

Praise Band. Create the environment through music.

Sound. Create the environment through sound.

CPU. Create the environment through presentations.

Youth Small Group. Lead youth to be mature in Jesus.

Between Sundays.

These Impact Teams make CrossPoint happen, but not necessarily on Sundays.

Admin Team. Make sure CrossPoint runs smoothly by keeping us organized.

Small Group. A community to grow people to be mature in Jesus.

Leader. Lead people to be mature in Jesus.

Host. Give people a place to gather to build community.

Teaching Team.

Research. Broaden the depth of material available for sermons.

Design Team. Create an environment that is welcoming and engaging.

Creative. Create an environment that is welcoming and engaging inside the worship area.

Interior. Create an environment that is welcome and engaging in the rest of the building.

Facilities. To prepare a place for Worship.

Communication Team. Give people the opportunity to move deeper with CrossPoint through a variety of media.
